The Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad  (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. H’ng Boon Keng has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director of the Company on 27 April 2022, in place of Mr. Lee Cheow Fui, who was redesignated from Independent Non-Executive Director to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at the Adjourned 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company on 11 November 2021.
