The Board of Directors of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal and new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the Company’s forthcoming Fifty-Ninth (59th) Annual General Meeting (“Proposals”).

A circular containing the details of the Proposals will be issued in due course.
