Members Voluntary Winding-Up of Dormant Subsidiaries

British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad ("Company" or "BAT Malaysia") wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned dormant subsidiaries of BAT Malaysia, had on 30 December 2021 commenced members’ voluntary winding-up (“Winding-Up”) and appointed the following liquidators for the purpose of Winding-Up:

The Winding-Up has no material effect on the financials and operations of BAT Malaysia Group.

 

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BAT Malaysia or persons connected to them, has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Winding-Up.
