Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings stated in the Announcements. The Company wishes to announce the following updates based on the decision held on 12 October 2020 for the Civil Court Suit. Civil Court Suit On 12 October 2020, the Judge decided that 1st Defendant’s appeal on Striking Out Application has been dismissed with cost of RM10,000.00, the cost shall be borne by Dekad Kaliber. Any further material developments to the abovementioned Construction Court Suit and the Civil Court Suit will be announced as and when these developments materialise. This announcement is dated 13 October 2020.
