The Board of Directors of Cabnet Holdings Berhad (“CHB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cabnet Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CSM”) had on 19 January 2018 received and on 23 January 2018 accepted a Letter of Award from Potensi Hijau Sdn. Bhd. (1197330-H) (“the Main Contractor”) appointing CSM as the subcontractor for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Satellite Master Antenna Television ("SMATV") system, Closed Circuit Television ("CCTV") system, lift access system, door access system, vehicle access system, intercom system and Fiber To The Home ("FTTH") system for Pembangunan Berstrata Komersial Bercampur 7 Blok Pangsapuri Perkhidmatan 35 Tingkat (1609 unit) on Lot 184960, Bandar Seri Alam, Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim for Trident Success Sdn. Bhd. ("the Developer") at the contract price for works done in the sum of RM7,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Seven Million only) (excluding 6% Goods and Services Tax).
