The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were received and duly tabled at the 3rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Cabnet Holdings Berhad (“Cabnet” or “Company”) under Agenda 1.
Mr Loo Yong Peng retired as an Independent Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of 3rd Annual General Meeting.
The results were validated by All-In Worldwide Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by Cabnet. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the polling at the AGM.
