We wish to inform that Mr Ong Chong Sek, a director of CHHB has the intention to purchase not more than 30,000 ordinary shares (0.01%) in CHHB through open market during the closed period from now till 15 February 2000, pending the announcement of CHHB's final result.


The transaction is to be effected on or after 14 February 2000 and Mr Ong Chong Sek has already owned 1,000 ordinary shares (0.0004%) in CHHB.

We shall inform the Exchange, not later than one (1) full trading day after dealing is made.
