Further to our reply to your query on 14 February 2000, we wish to inform that after making due inquiry, Country Heights Holdings Bhd ("CHHB") had been making announcement for acquisition of RM2.00 companies which would result in the new company becoming a direct subsidiary of CHHB only and not for new companies becoming indirect subsidiary unless the indirect subsidiary enters into a contract which is material. With this in view, since KNU, EE, PGCC and PBC were then dormant companies, had no financial effect in CHHB and not a direct subsidiary company, we did not make any announcement at that juncture.
