The Board of Directors of Country Heights Holdings Berhad ("CHHB") wishes to advise that CHHB will be holding its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") at Parameswara Ballroom, Level 2, The Mines Beach Resort & Spa, Jalan Dulang, The Mines Resort City, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Friday, 31 December 1999 at 10.00 a.m.


The Notice of the EGM which is attached herewith will be published in the daily press on 15 December 1999.
