Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan made on 7 January 2022. On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Company had on today entered into the following agreements: (i) a supplemental subscription agreement with JCSB; (ii) a supplemental subscription agreement with Dato’ Sri Godwin; (iii) a supplemental subscription agreement with TWD; (iv) a subscription agreement with Yankong Stainless Sdn Bhd; (v) a subscription agreement with Tan Chyi Boon; (vi) a subscription agreement with Chow Hing Yaung; (vii) a subscription agreement with Fong Yik Hon; (viii) a supplemental agreement to award between TPW and Mightyprop. Please refer to the attachment for further details on the revision to the terms of the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
