Further to our announcements on 3 June 2019, 2 May 2019, 2 April 2019 and 28 March 2019  in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 2.1(a) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) under the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”),  the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that the Management of Comcorp is still working on the regularization plan and target to submit the proposed regularization plan on 10 July 2019.

Based on the EOT Approval, the Company has about three (3) weeks till 24 July 2019 to submit its regularization plan to the regulatory authorities for approval.
