We refer to our First Announcement dated 25 January 2018 and the amended First Announcement dated 26 January 2018 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 8.03A and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 and the announcement dated 25 February 2019 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Berhad’s approval for an extension of time of up to 24 July 2019 for the Company to submit a regularization plan to the regulatory authorities (“EOT Approval”).

In compliance with the Company’s obligations under the MMLR and our announcements on 2 May 2019, 1 April 2019 and 1 March 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Management of Comcorp is still working on the regularization plan.

Based on the EOT Approval, the Company has about two (2) months three (3) weeks to submit its regularization plan to the regulatory authorities for approval. We target to submit the proposed regularization plan on 10 July 2019.
