Further to our announcements dated 21 February 2019,  15 January 2019, 11 January 2019, 4 January 2019, 14 December 2018, 19 November 2018, 3 October 2018, 4 September 2018, 30 July 2018, 10 July 2018, 12 June 2018,  29 January 2018, 18 January 2018, 19 December 2017, 21 August 2017, 10 August 2017, 15 February 2017, 1 December 2016, 30 November 2016, 2 September 2016, 25 August 2016, 22 July 2016, 13 May 2016, 3 March 2016, 2 February 2016, 28 August 2015, 3 October  2013 and 16 July 2013, pertaining to the litigation action taken by Comintel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comcorp against U Television Sdn Bhd & Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun in Civil Application No.: 08(RS)-2-07/2018(W), the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that at the Federal Court (“FC”) hearing yesterday, 7 March 2019, the FC dismissed Comintel’s application to review the FC’s earlier Order dated 18 August 2017 (“Order”) with cost of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand (RM20,000-00) subject to the payment of "court imposed" fee.

Thus, Comintel is to pay the counterclaim sum of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million Eight Hundred and Thirty Three Thousand and Fifty Three (RM20,833,053-00) only together with interest and costs  to UTV pursuant to the Order.
