Further to our announcements dated 14 January 2020, 25 June 2019 and 17 April, 2019 regarding the winding up of Comintel Sdn Bhd (Company No. 129234-K) [In Liquidation] (“Comintel”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comintel Corporation Bhd (“Comcorp”) by the Shah Alam High Court on 17 April 2019 [via Companies (Winding Up) Petition No. BA-28NCC-388-07/2018], the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that at the case management today before the Senior Assistant Registrar (“Registrar”), the said Registrar directed the following –
1. The Liquidator should expedite his report;
2. The next case management shall be on 16 March 2020 to update on the status of the Liquidator’s report; and
3. Hearing before the judge is fixed on 14 May 2020.
