Further to our announcements on 2 July 2019, 3 June 2019, 2 May 2019, 2 April 2019 and 28 March 2019  in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 2.1(a) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) under the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”),  the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that Comcorp is unable to submit its proposed regularization plan to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) on 10 July 2019, as we are in the midst of applying for the lifting of the winding-up process of Comintel Sdn Bhd.

We will submit our application for an extension of time, to submit our regularization plan to Bursa Malaysia. The Board will continuously in our best efforts, bring the Company out of PN17 status in the near future and by the same token to apply for a waiver for the PN 17 status of the Company. We will be making the necessary announcement(s) in due course.
