The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (“16th AGM”) to be held on a date to be announced later.
1. Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; 2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Shares; and 3. Proposed Adoption of new Constitution of the Company.
