(The abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 27 May 2021, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 May 2021 and 7 July 2021 in relation to the Agreement to Award entered into between Binastra Construction and the Company.

Further thereto, the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent of the Agreement to Award have been fulfilled as at 16 July 2021. Accordingly, the Agreement to Award has become unconditional on 16 July 2021.
