Further to our announcements dated 10 February 2020, 14 January 2020, 25 June 2019 and 17 April 2019 regarding the winding up of Comintel Sdn Bhd (Company No. 129234-K) [In Liquidation] (“Comintel”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comintel Corporation Bhd (“Comcorp”) by the Shah Alam High Court on 17 April 2019 [via Companies (Winding Up) Petition No. BA-28NCC-388-07/2018], the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that at the case management yesterday before the Senior Assistant Registrar (“Registrar”), the Registrar directed the following –
1. If the issue of costs is not resolved, the Liquidator shall file an application on costs within one (1) week, which is by 23 March 2020;
2. Written Submissions (if any) shall be filed and hardcopies of the cause papers shall be served on the Court by 6 April 2020;
3. The next case management shall be on 6 April 2020 before the Registrar; and
4. Hearing before the judge is re-scheduled to 9 April 2020.
