Further to our announcements on 2 December 2019, 1 November 2019,  1 October 2019, 3 September 2019, 8 August 2019,  2 August 2019, 25 July 2019, 12 July 2019, 2 July 2019, 3 June 2019, 2 May 2019, 2 April 2019 and 28 March 2019  in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 2.1(a) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) under the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”),  the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that the Company have made an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for an extension of time to submit its regularization plan today.
