We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 21 April 2021 in relation to the Company’s application for an extension of time for the submission of a regularisation plan (“Announcement”).

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Comcorp, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 20 May 2021, decided to reject the EOT Application as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
