The Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that the Company has triggered the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 and Paragraph 2.1(a) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) under the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”). Hence, as of the date hereof, Comcorp is considered a PN17 Company.
