We refer to our First Announcement dated 25 January 2018 and the amended First Announcement dated 26 January 2018 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 8.03A and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 and the subsequent monthly announcements thereafter.

In compliance with the Company’s obligations under the MMLR, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no material development since the announcement of its  Regularization Plan on 26 April 2018 and the monthly announcements on 2 January 2019, 3 December 2018, 1 November 2018, 3 October 2018. 3 September 2018, 1 August 2018, 2 July 2018 and 1 June 2018. However, we have sought for an extension of time to submit a Regularisation Plan on 24 January 2019 pursuant to paragraph 8.04(3) and Practice Note 17 of the MMLR as the twelve (12) months’ period expired on 25 January 2019. And we will make the necessary announcements on the updates of the Regularization Plan.
