Daya Materials Berhad - Court Convened Meeting ("CCM") for shareholders of the Company 

The Board of DMB is pleased to announce that all two (2) Special Resolutions tabled at the Company's CCM today conducted on a fully virtual basis using Remote Participation and Electronic Voting ("RPEV") facilities through an online meeting platform at https://meeting.boardroomlimited.my were duly passed by the shareholders.
All the resolutions were voted by e-polling and the poll results were validated by Sky Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer approved by the Company.
