DAYA- (1) Acquisition of SDSB & (2) Private Placement

(1) Acquisition Of The Entire Equity Interest In Seca Syme Sdn Bhd ("SDSB") For A Purchase Consideration Of RM24,000,000 Satisfied Via The Issuance Of 83,565,217 New DAYA Shares At An Issue Price Of Approximately RM0.23 Per New DAYA Share And Cash Consideration Of RM4,780,000 ("Acquisition of SDSB"); And
(2) Private Placement Of 22,000,000 New Ordinary Shares Of RM0.10 Each In DAYA At An Issue Price Of RM0.535 Per Share ("Private Placement")

Kindly be advised that DAYA's additional -

(1) 83,565,217 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued pursuant to the Acquisition of SDSB; and
(2) 22,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued pursuant to the Private Placement,

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 1 August 2007.
