References are made to the announcements dated 11 July 2018, 22 October 2019 and 24 October 2019 in relation to the completion of private placement of 135,587,700 new ordinary shares at RM0.068 per share in Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad (“DGSB”) and the status of utilisation of the placement proceeds.

Following the completion of the disposal and cessation of ISS Consulting (Thailand) Ltd (“ISS(T)”) as subsidiary of DGSB on 6 January 2020, the Board of Directors of DGSB wishes to announce the variation to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the private placement, the details of which are set out in the attached file.
