Reference is made to DGSB’s announcement dated 30 October 2019 pertaining to the Proposed Disposal.
On behalf of the Board of DGSB, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company and itelligence AG had on 20 December 2019 mutually agreed to an extension of time of the expiry date from 6 months to 7 months from the date of the SSA (i.e. up to 4 February 2020) for the Company to fulfil the conditions precedent of the SSA signed on 4 July 2019.
