Further to the announcement dated 22 October 2019 in relation to the status of utilisation of  proceeds raised from private placement, the Board of Directors of Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad (“DGSB”) wishes to clarify that the Board has not deliberated on the variation of utilisation of RM4.81 million, which was earmarked as additional working capital of ISS Consulting (Thailand) Ltd (“ISS”), pending the approval of the shareholders of DGSB for the proposed disposal of ISS to itelligence AG.

The Board will make further announcement in respect of the status of the utilisation in due course.
