Acceptance of Banking Facilities by a Subsidiary Company

Pembinaan Masteron Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary has today accepted an Islamic Revolving Contract Financing facilities ("the Facilities") amounting to RM20 million from OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad. The facilities will be secured by a Master Security Agreement and a corporate guarantee from Federal International Holdings Berhad. Under the Supplemental letter of offer accepted on the same day, OCBC has agreed for the Facilities to be used to finance the contract for Package 1 of the Verancdo Residence amounting to RM77.4 million.
