Remarks : 
We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.

In accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Deed Poll 2015, the Adjustments will be effective from 23 November 2018, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date for the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Effective Date").

Notwithstanding the Effective Date, the holders of Warrants B ("Warrant B Holders") can only exercise 11,715,648 additional Warrants B arising from the Adjustments ("Additional Warrant(s) B") after the Additional Warrants B are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad simultaneously with the Rights Shares and Warrants C on 21 December 2018.

The notice to Warrant B Holders containing details of the Adjustments has been despatched to the Warrant B Holders on 20 December 2018.
