Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, KNM Group Berhad ("KNM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Tan Koon Ping, the Group Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of KNM, intends to deal in the securities of KNM during the closed period prior to the release of the 1st Quarter results for the year 2021.
