Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following offer of ESOS options has been made on 19 August 2021 as follows :

(a)     Date of offer : 19 August 2021

(b)     Exercise price of the options offered : RM0.19

(c)     Number of options offered : 107,640,800

(d)     Market price of KNM Shares on the date of offer : RM0.215

(e)     Number of options offered to each director :

         Mr Tan Koon Ping: 21,000,000

         Mr Flavio Porro: 11,000,000

         Mr Lim Mun Kee: 5,500,000

         En Mohd Irwan Bin Mohd Mubarak: 5,500,000

         Pn Safia Binti Ahmad Jahidi: 5,500,000

         (The offer of options to Mr Flavio Porro, Mr Lim Mun Kee, En Mohd Irwan Bin Mohd Mubarak and Pn Safia Binti Ahmad Jahidi are subject to the shareholders' approval to be obtained at a general meeting to be convened in future.)

(f)     Vesting period of the options  offered : 3 years
