The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Disposal. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 May 2022 and 22 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. On behalf of the Board of Directors of KNM, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 26 July 2022, resolved to approve the extension of time of up to 5 August 2022 for the Company to issue the circular to the shareholders of KNM in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
