QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE ON THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3.0 of the Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Lebtech Berhad wishes to announce that the financial assistance provided as at 31 March 2015 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of Lebtech Group is set out in table below.

This provision of the financial assistance did not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Lebtech Group, and did not have any effect on the share capital of Lebtech Berhad.
