Lebtech Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that in accordance with Paragraph 10.09, Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, shareholders' mandate will be sought for the Company and/or the Company's subsidiary to enter into RRPT ("Proposed Renewal") at the forthcoming 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM"). The proposed Renewal, if approved, will take effect from the date of passing of the resolution in relation thereto at the forthcoming AGM and shall continue to be in force until the next AGM in 2016. A circular to Shareholders containing the relevant information on the Proposed Renewal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This announcement id dated 21 May 2015. |
