REPORT ON THE AUDIT OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021.

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of LEBTECH BERHAD ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's external auditors Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT has expressed a unqualified opinion in respect of the Company's audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

A copy of Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT' Report is annexed hereto.
