Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia, the Board of LEBTECH wishes to announce that the financial assistance provided as at 30 September 2016 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of Lebtech Group is set out in table below.

The provision of the financial assistance did not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of LEBTECH Group and did not have any effect on the share capital of LEBTECH.
