The Board of Directors of MB World (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has on 15 June 2020 received a notice of unconditional voluntary take-over offer (“Notice”) from RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in MB World not already held by the Joint Offerors (“Offer Shares”) for a cash offer price of RM0.99 per Offer Share.

A copy of the Notice is attached herewith. The Notice will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within seven (7) days from the date of this Announcement.
