We refer to the announcements made on 15 April 2016, 20 May 2016, 3 June 2016, 8 July 2016, 27 July 2016 and 16 August 2016 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). For consistency, the defined terms set out in the Announcements shall apply herein, unless otherwise defined. On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition is completed on 18 January 2017 following the fulfilment of all the SSA Conditions Precedent and the issuance of 3,750,000 Consideration Shares in respect of the First Payment to KF Capital. As at the date of this announcement, CV Development is a subsidiary of MB World. This announcement is dated 18 January 2017. |
