1.   The interest rate on the CIPAA Payment Claim.

2.   Details of events leading to the serving of the CIPAA Payment Claim.

3.   The amount being disputed over the non-payment for works done by MEB.

4.   The amount claimed for, including interest rate and other relief sought in respect of the counterclaim by MEB.

5.   The estimated potential liability to the MB World group arising from the counterclaim.

6.   Whether EKM is a major subsidiary of MB World.

7.   The financial and operational impact to the MB World group arising from the counterclaim.
