The Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company had on 1 September 2020 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Andeli Solar Sdn Bhd (“ANDELI”) to bid in the large-scale solar photovoltaic project by Energy Commission Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “LSS MEnTARI”) and to develop the solar business and any related renewable energy business in collaboration and in consortium with each other.
