# Based on the enlarged total issued share capital of 720,960,580 ordinary shares.

 

^ The total indirect shares of 1,390,000 are held as follows:-

(i) 1,000,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his spouse, Datin Chin Shea Swong, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016;

(ii) 40,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his son, Chew Vern Tat, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; and

(iii) 350,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his sister, Chew Lean Mei, by virtue of Section 8(4)(c) of the Companies Act 2016.
