- Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed New Shareholders Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 27 April 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval on new shareholders’ mandate for MPay Group to enter into additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

 

Details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders which will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
