- Acceptance of project financing of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty-Eight Million and Five Hundred Thousand (RM38,500,000.00) only by Coral Power Sdn. Bhd. from ManagePay Resources Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MPay, for development of 9.99mw Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 23 October 2020 on the above. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of MPay wishes to announce that all the Conditions Precedent stated in the Letter of Offer have been satisfied and ManagePay Resources Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MPay had on 14 December 2020 entered into a Moneylending Agreement with the Borrower.
