- Update on the Status of Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Andeli Solar Sdn Bhd ("ANDELI")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 2 September 2020 in relation to the MOU with ANDELI to bid in the large-scale solar photovoltaic project by Energy Commission Malaysia.

 

The Board of Directors of MPay wishes to inform that there has been no change since the last announcement on 2 September 2020.

 

The Company will provide an update if there is any further material development in respect of the MOU.
