PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN MPAY OF UP TO 30% OF MPAY'S ISSUED SHARES ("PLACEMENT")

We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 29 October 2021, 12 November 2021, 6 January 2022, 26 January 2022 and 20 June 2022 in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 20 July 2022, approved the application for an extension of time of up to 4 January 2023 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Placement.
