Reference is made to the news article entitled “ManagePay Systems hopes for new partners in digital bank bid” appearing on page 30 of The Edge dated 21 June 2021, in particular the following sentence:-

 

“he says, adding that MPay will ‘easily double last year’s revenue for 2021’,”.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify and deny that MPay will easily double last year’s revenue for 2021 as it was wrongly reported by The Edge. Instead, MPay will strive to increase the revenue for 2021 as it now has a steady and ready digital solutions to meet market needs.
