- Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

The Board of Directors of MPay wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

 

Details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders which will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
