Further to the Company's announcement dated 1 October 2020 and 5 October 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal, the Board of Directors of NTHB wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal was completed today.

 

Following the completion of the Proposed Disposal, NTPM Paper Mill (Bentong) Sdn. Bhd. has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nibong Tebal Paper Mill Sdn. Bhd..
