- RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE

The Board of Directors of NTHB wishes to announce that Nibong Tebal Enterprise Sendirian Berhad, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into Recurrent Related Party Transactions with Jin Teik Organic Health Food Sdn. Bhd. for the purchase of grocery (trading goods) and sanitary pad with herbal content of which the total consideration, by way of aggregation has exceeded the prescribed limit of 1% of NTHB Group’s net assets based on the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 April 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
