NOTICE ON CHANGE OF DIVIDEND ENTITLEMENT DATE

With reference to the announcements made by NTPM Holdings Berhad (the Company) on 25 August 2004 and 17 September 2004 pertaining to its Eighth Annual General Meeting, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the entitlement date for the first and final tax exempt dividend of Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Million (RM12 million) only, equivalent to approximately 19.23% which was approved at the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17 September 2004, has been deferred to as follows:-


A depositor shall qualify for entitlement to the above dividend only in respect of:

1. Shares transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.00 p.m. on 12 October 2004 in respect of ordinary transfers; and
2. Shares bought on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

However, the dividend payment date which was fixed on 15 October 2004 shall remain unchange.

This Announcement is dated 22 September 2004.
